The Origin

We didn't
start transfitus
to build a brand.

We built it
because people
started asking
how we did it.

02
Before ElevateFit

Before the
brand,

there were
two gym bros.

Pushing each other. Challenging each other. Competing with each other. Improving together. Different body types. Different nutritional approaches. The same commitment, the same discipline, the same refusal to quit.

They had separate gym journeys before they ever became training partners. Then, over the last two to three years, something changed. They started training together — same hours, same rack, same standard.

Consistency
over
motivation.

Motivation comes and goes.
We kept showing up.
When one of us pushed harder, the other followed.
When one struggled, the other pushed.
The goal was never to be perfect.
The goal was to keep moving forward.

04
The Turning Point

Then people
started asking.

“What are you guys doing differently?”

“How do you stay consistent?”

“What are you eating?”

“How do you train?”

People noticed the progress. Then they started using us as examples.

That's when
we realized.

If we could change ourselves, maybe we could help others do the same.

If we can
change ourselves...

Why not
help others
do the same?

We realized people didn't necessarily need more motivation. They needed proper knowledge. A plan. Someone to push them. A system they could actually follow. And people who would stay beside them when things became difficult.

The Founders

Two founders.
One vision.

Co-Founder

Ahsan Kabir

Ahsan is the one who writes things down. Sets, weeks, food, sleep — if it isn't tracked, it isn't training. He turned years of shared workouts into a repeatable structure other people could follow.

His philosophy is boring on purpose: show up on the ordinary days.

“Small days build big years.”

Co-Founder

YM Islam

YM is the last rep. He's the one who adds the plate, calls out the excuse, and stays for the set nobody wants to do. Intensity is his contribution, and it's why the training side never gets soft.

His philosophy is about limits — that most of them are earlier than they need to be.

“The set starts where it hurts.”

Different strengths.
The same refusal to settle.

Ahsan and YM are equal founders of TransFitUs
Same rack. Same hours. Same standard.

We knew
passion
wasn't enough.

So, we brought in
the person who
trained us.

Coach

Asad Zaman

20+ years
of practical experience.

Asad has trained Ahsan and YM for roughly five to six years, and has spent more than twenty years in training and bodybuilding.

He is self-taught. His knowledge came from years of studying successful bodybuilders, applying what he learned, coaching in practice, and competing himself. No shortcuts, no theory without application.

The coach who helped turn
the vision into a system.

08
Three People. Three Roles.
01

Ahsan

Vision

The direction, the structure, the standard we hold.

02

YM

Drive

The intensity, the push, the refusal to stop early.

03

Asad

Experience

Twenty years of practical programming and nutrition.

Different roles.
One standard.

Together, these three roles form TransFitUs. A vision without knowledge isn't enough. Knowledge without execution isn't enough. Execution without consistency doesn't last. This is why the three of us built this together.

We believe
fitness should
be for everyone.

01

Proper knowledge should not be hard to find.

02

The right push can change someone's direction.

03

Discipline is built, not discovered.

04

Consistency beats short-term motivation.

05

Your starting point doesn't define your ending.

When someone needs help, the system should help them.
Not judge them.
Not overwhelm them.
Not leave them guessing.

What We're Building

We're not trying
to build another
fitness program.

We're building a system. One designed around real people. Real struggles. Real discipline. Real coaching. Real progress.

And when someone with dedication creates an extraordinary transformation, we want to put that story in the spotlight — because their transformation becomes proof that the system works.

01 Plan
01 Train
01 Struggle
01 Adapt
01 Persist
01 Transform

We don't
promise
easy.

We promise
we'll help you
keep going.

No matter how hard the journey becomes, our job is to give members the knowledge, structure, push, and support they need to continue.

This is
our standard.

We know what it feels like to start.

We know what it feels like to struggle.

We know what it takes to keep showing up.

We've lived it ourselves.

Now we're building a system to help more people do the same.

The story started
with three of us.

You've seen
who we are.

Now show us
who you can become.
